FAQ

Questions we get asked

What is business growth engineering?

Business growth engineering treats a growth plateau the way an engineer treats a fault: diagnose the actual constraint first, build the fix, then verify it holds. It replaces instinct-only marketing and generic playbooks with a diagnostic layer — strategy, revenue systems, brand positioning, and behavioural psychology treated as one interconnected system rather than separate campaigns.

How is Vee Group different from a marketing agency or consultant?

A consultant advises and leaves. An agency executes what you brief it to do. Vee Group diagnoses what's actually broken first, builds the fix, and stays embedded until it holds. The starting point is always a diagnosis, not a proposal for services you haven't been shown you need.

What is the GEARS Framework?

GEARS stands for Growth, Engineering, Authority, Revenue, Score — a five-part framework for diagnosing and engineering business growth as a system. It moves a business from instinct-only decisions to instrumented growth systems, and from founder-dependent revenue to repeatable, provable scale.

What does an engagement with Vee Group actually look like?

It begins with a 45-minute conversation — diagnosis before any word about fixing anything. A bounded diagnostic follows to confirm the real constraint. The decision to go further, and on what scope, is always yours after that diagnostic, not before it.

What is the AI-native business diagnostic?

It's a free tool that benchmarks a company against its closest structural peers — not generic industry averages — and surfaces the specific constraint behind a growth plateau, scored across dimensions with an execution plan built in. It's available at veegrp.com/diagnostic.

Does Vee Group work with businesses outside India?

Yes. Vee Group operates across the India–UK corridor, working with founder-led businesses expanding between the two markets as well as domestically in each.

Who founded Vee Group?

Vee Group was founded by Vaibhav Saini, an engineer who moved from automotive/motorsport diagnostics into growth strategy, and Hiya Chugh, who works in applied psychology and organisational systems. Full backgrounds are on the About page.

What industries does Vee Group typically work with?

Founder-led and second-generation B2B and D2C businesses that have hit a growth plateau — where the constraint is usually one of three patterns: data blindness (no shared source of truth), founder-led sales dependency, or brand commoditisation. The diagnostic identifies which pattern (or combination) applies to a specific business.
