Build with Vee Group.

This is not a careers page. The Fellowship is for sharp, ambitious people who want to learn how growth is actually engineered, close to real founders, real decisions, real outcomes.

Learn how growth is actually engineered.

The Vee Group Fellowship is a small-cohort internship for sharp, ambitious students and early-career operators. You sit inside real engagements, not shadow projects, and learn the thinking behind every move.

01

Live engagements from day one

You work on real problems partners are paying us to solve. No mock briefs.

02

Direct mentorship

Small cohort, frequent feedback, honest critique. You learn the system, not the task.

03

Surface area, not silos

Market positioning, brand identity, revenue systems, and behavioural research, all in the first 12 weeks.

04

Outcome-graded

You are measured on the same standard we hold ourselves to: clarity, rigour, results.

Selective

Small cohort. Direct access. Outcome-graded.

The Fellowship, in plain terms.

The internship track is a small-cohort fellowship for sharp students and early-career operators. You sit inside live engagements from day one — real problems partners are paying us to solve, not mock briefs — and cover market positioning, brand identity, revenue systems, and behavioural research in the first 12 weeks. Mentorship is direct and the work is outcome-graded, on the same standard we hold ourselves to: clarity, rigour, results.

The senior track hires selectively: CMOs, brand strategists, growth engineers, behavioural researchers, and senior writers who want to embed inside founder-led businesses rather than advise from a deck. The practice runs across the India–UK corridor, and senior roles include long-term equity participation in the firm's compounding work.

What changes is the way you think. The Fellowship is designed to compress three to five years of pattern recognition into one engagement cycle — from tasks to systems, from advice to execution, from symptom to constraint. Applications are read individually; introduce yourself with a CV and a note on what you want to learn. Small cohort. Direct access. Outcome-graded.
