Vee Group is a business growth engineering firm, built on behavioural science, run on evidence. We diagnose the real constraint behind a growth plateau, across strategy, revenue systems, brand, and behaviour, and stay embedded until the fix holds.

Start with the growth diagnostic, read the GEARS Framework, meet the founders, or explore the insights.

What is Business Growth Engineering?

Most growth problems are not marketing problems. They are system problems — a misaligned funnel, a broken conversion point, a brand that fails to trigger trust at the moment a buyer decides. Business Growth Engineering treats those failures the way an engineer treats a fault: diagnose first, then fix, then verify the fix holds.

Vee Group operates upstream of execution. Strategy, behavioural psychology, brand perception, and revenue systems are aligned into one framework — the R&D discipline of a technology firm, applied to the growth of a business. We don't run campaigns. We build growth infrastructure. The method is the same on every mandate. Hypothesis. Test. Measure. Refine. Then scale.

Built by an engineer and a behavioural scientist.

Vaibhav Saini — Co-Founder. Automotive and motorsport engineer by training, with UK R&D and operations experience including programme work for McLaren, before returning to India to build Vee Group. He treats growth as an engineering problem because he has spent his career inside systems that either hold under load or fail visibly.

Hiya Chugh — Co-Founder. Applied psychology and neuromarketing, with diagnostic work spanning 30+ founder-led businesses — the evidence base behind how Vee Group reads decision behaviour, trust triggers, and buying patterns.

Two disciplines, one conclusion, arrived at from different rooms: growth that endures is not built on instinct or volume. It is engineered through understanding human behaviour.
