Is Razorpay Safe? How Vee Group Handles Your Payment
When a checkout window opens with a name you do not recognise, the right question is who is actually holding your card. Vee Group does not take payments itself. Payments run through Razorpay, a third-party payment processor, and the card form belongs to them, not to us. This page explains exactly what that means, what we do keep, and what you pay today (right now the diagnostic is free for 3 months, and you can use it as much as you want).
Is Razorpay safe to pay with?
Razorpay is an established payment processor that businesses worldwide use to take card payments, and it states that it is PCI DSS compliant, the security standard for handling card data. You enter your card in Razorpay's own checkout window, not on a Vee Group form, so the sensitive step happens inside their system.
Does Vee Group see or store my card details?
No. Your card number, expiry date, and security code go straight to Razorpay. They never pass through Vee Group's servers, and we have no copy of them. What we keep is limited to a subscription reference and status, so we know whether your access is active.
Is Razorpay part of Vee Group?
No. Razorpay is a separate company and Vee Group has no ownership of it. We use it the way many online businesses use a payment processor: we ask it to charge a plan, and it tells us whether the payment worked. Everything to do with the card itself stays with them.
Do I have to pay anything right now?
Right now the diagnostic is free. Founding members, the first 100, get 3 months free and can use it as much as they want. Your card is held through Razorpay to reserve your place, and nothing is charged during those 3 months. After that it is $49 per month in US dollars, and you can cancel any time.
How do I cancel, and what happens to my data?
Cancel from the billing section of your account page whenever you like, including during the free 3 months, and the subscription stops renewing. Your saved conversations and reports stay in your account. Because payment is handled by Razorpay, cancelling does not require emailing us your card details or anything else.
What should I check before paying any online tool?
Check four things. The card form should open in a payment provider's window, not a plain page on the seller's site. The price and billing period should be stated before you pay. Cancelling should be self-serve. And the seller should say plainly what it stores. If any are missing, pause.
